Salary Range: $650,000.00 per year

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record of success in a managerial role. Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results. In-depth understanding of the commercial insurance industry, including policies, coverages, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, underwriters, and co-workers. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
