Job Responsibilities:

Establish and manage relationships with Individuals, HR Directors, and Business Owners Meet with and educate Business Owners and HR Directors to determine which solutions best fit their needs, the needs of their business and employees. Continued customer service by working the Aflac Way with all new and existing policyholders.

Job Qualifications:

Goal-oriented, determined, and driven to succeed with a coachable mentality. Desire to work with a leading company, maintaining high brand awareness with excellent marketing support. Ability to develop relationships through networking and community involvement. Articulate, self-motivated individual with strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Passion for helping others and making a difference. Vibrant personality and professional presence while working with integrity and reliability. Enjoy recognition for their hard work. Prior sales experience is welcome, but not necessary for your success in the position.
