We are looking for a client-focused Insurance Advisor to educate and guide individuals through their Medicare coverage options. This role emphasizes personalized consultation, with support from pre-qualified leads and structured daily training. Advisors will learn to conduct needs analyses, handle objections, and facilitate full enrollments while maintaining compliance standards. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Lead 15-25 qualified sales appointments each week to help clients understand and select the best Medicare coverage for their individual situations.
Facilitate accurate and compliant enrollments by thoroughly documenting all client communications and maintaining required records.
Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture by participating in daily meetings, peer coaching, and knowledge-sharing.
Demonstrate ongoing professional growth by applying feedback, staying current on product changes, and participating in continued training.
Utilize CRM and call systems efficiently to track leads, manage appointments, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
Develop expert-level knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and related plans to confidently educate clients.
Successfully complete all training and obtain the required Life & Health Insurance license within the onboarding period.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1+ year of sales or customer service experience
Bachelor's degree (Required)
Ability to obtain Life & Health Insurance license during training
Demonstrated track record of hitting performance-based targets is a plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$50,000 base salary plus commission - Increase to $55,000 base once matured through our training program after 90 days
Our agents average $60,000-$75,000 in their first year
Our agents average $80,000+ in their second year
Our agents average $110,000+ in their third year
