About the Role We\'re seeking a dedicated team member to actively engage and connect with our customers, embodying our commitment to exceptional service. As a brand expert, you\'ll utilize your knowledge to educate, inform, and inspire our clientele. Your role will encompass providing insights on our latest merchandise, highlighting store promotions and events, and executing seamless operational processes. We look to you to breathe life into our brand, foster customer loyalty, and ensure productivity remains at the forefront of our interactions. What You\'ll Do

• Become a brand ambassador, infusing our selling behaviors into every customer interaction, ensuring a premium experience at every touchpoint.
• Greet and assist customers, employing diverse methods to help them understand our products and address inquiries.
• Offer personalized journal and planner recommendations.
• Assist with events, including registration, set up, tear down, presenter support.
• Capture and amplify in-store experience on social media.
• Cultivate loyalty among customers by educating them about our exclusive loyalty programs.
• Harness the power of our omni-channel offerings to deliver a seamless, hassle-free customer experience.
• Provide comprehensive support across on the sales floor, checkout, and back-of-house operations as necessary.
• Exhibit courtesy and responsiveness in handling both internal and external requests.
