Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Schedule and coordinate installation activities for fire alarm, security, access control, and surveillance projects. Communicate daily with project managers, technicians, and customers to ensure projects stay on schedule. Track job progress, technician assignments, and material delivery timelines. Prepare and maintain project documentation, permits, and inspection paperwork. Verify equipment orders, shipping status, and inventory availability for upcoming installations. Update project tracking systems and communicate any schedule changes promptly. Support the operations team with administrative tasks, data entry, and customer updates. Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations. Provide excellent customer service and follow-up throughout the installation process. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Maintains company propriety and documentation in accordance with established policies; handles proprietary information in the prescribed manner; adheres to and supports Sting Alarm, Inc. policies and procedures including all safety requirements. Keeps abreast of changes and new developments in products and technology. Attends and completes training programs as requested. Utilize team resources and align with Company Core Values to support Company Vision and Goals. Work with Remote Workforce

Qualifications



Prior experience in scheduling, coordination, and administrative support (preferably in fire, security, or construction type industries). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with project management software a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented attitude with a proactive, problem-solving approach. Present a professional image Ability to work in office environment Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 40 lbs. Self-Motivated Problem Solver
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
