Job Description

A scheduling coordinator will maintain and update schedules, calendars, and agendas. Verify installer availability. Confirm installation appointments. Keep the company updated on install dates changes from builders.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:


Effective communication skills including reading, writing, and active listening. Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Strong attention to detail.
JOB TYPE: Full Time
