Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, technology sales, and the ability to utilize CRM software for tracking and managing leads.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calling to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
Engage in warm calling to follow up with existing leads and nurture client relationships.
Utilize Inventory software( FISHBOWL) and other CRM software (pipedrive) to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service and communication skills.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits relevant to client needs.
Participate in business development initiatives to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
Must be able to travel out of state for trade shows and be present at a booth for 8-9 hours.
Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Familiarity with technology sales concepts and the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
Proficient in using CRM software, particularly FISHBOWL, for managing leads and customer data.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
A background in customer service is highly desirable, showcasing an ability to understand client needs effectively.
