Bilingual Inside Sales Representative - Farmers Protege Program

What You'll Do:

• Build relationships with clients and match them with personalized insurance solutions.
• Contact warm leads (we provide them) to discuss coverage options.
• Support customers through policy setup, renewals, and claims assistance.
• Learn how to build, grow, and retain your own book of business.
• Work toward earning your insurance licenses with our guidance and support.

What You Bring:

• Bilingual (Spanish and English).
• Positive attitude, great communicator, and eager to learn.
• Self-starter with strong follow-up skills and a drive to achieve goals.
• Sales, marketing, or customer service experience a plus.
• Property & Casualty or Life & Health license preferred, or ability to obtain quickly (we'll help).
