Position Overview
We're looking for an energetic
Inside Sales Representative
who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
In this role, you'll work closely with property managers, maintenance teams, helping them with access control equipment, remotes, RFID tags, fobs, and security products. You'll manage inbound calls, emails, and customer requests, follow up on quotes, and provide product recommendations that keep our customers coming back.

What You'll Do
Handle outbound/inbound customer calls, emails, and web inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Generate quotes, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities for growth.
Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.
Track sales activity and follow-up notes using our CRM system.
Work with in-house service and installation reps to support large accounts and projects.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented and organized, able to handle multiple requests at once.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (experience with CRM tools is a plus).
A self-starter who takes ownership and enjoys working with a team.
