In-House Sales Representative

to join our team! This position offers a supportive training path, a stable hourly base, and the opportunity to earn commission once sales quotas are met.

About the Role

All new hires will

begin training with our Solution Team

to gain a full understanding of our products, customer experience, and internal processes.
Once training is successfully completed, employees will transition into the

Sales Department

, where they can begin earning commission based on performance.

What You'll Do

Connect with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and online platforms Educate customers about our products, promotions, and solutions Develop strong relationships that turn inquiries into loyal customers Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas Continue learning and developing sales techniques through ongoing coaching

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using computers and managing multiple tasks Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required Must be willing to complete in-house training before transitioning to the Sales role
