Provides sales support to the Premium appliance division by providing information about technical product details and responding to dealers and Almo Sales team to enable order placement through passive sales process.
What you will do in this role:
Handle inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
+ Emphasize product features, quote prices, credit terms and prepare sales orders
+ Process orders
+ Respond to questions from dealer and outside sales by investigating policies, pricing, product features
+ Provide price quotes and information on back orders
+ Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of company policy and delivery schedules Log into call groups and regional mailboxes and analyze eligibility for freight credits and over-charge credits. Hand off to Customer Care team for processing
Release orders placed by dealers in Almo Access order management system
Maintain knowledge of promotions, including time frame and key details, and inform dealers of promotion
What we look for in a candidate:
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
1-2 years related experience
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook
Problem-solving ability and ability to think on your feet- understand unique situations and circumstances and apply Almo policies to identify and communicate decision
Strong verbal communication skills that demonstrates confidence
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously/multi-task
