Job Description

We are looking for a skilled inside sales representative to join our team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and selling our pest control services over the phone. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable making outbound sales calls, and be able to close deals.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls professionally, determine the customers issue, and propose the right service to solve their problem and maintain a high close rate Customer retention: Influence customer to recognize the value of being a SafeSpray customer and offer solutions to met their needs and minimize customer cancelations Schedule appointments as needed Take phone Payments Escalate to management any issues as needed

Qualifications:

Self-motivated Proven ability to show initiative to get things done without directly being told Experience using Microsoft suite required Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly Team Oriented Concerned about doing things the right way Able to stay calm and patient when faced with emotional situations Learning based and solutions oriented Service-based attitude Proven ability to succeed
