Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads

Recommend moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment to all customers based on cost, availability or customer specifications

Input information in to software for accurate estimating and scheduling; comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements

Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns

Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents

All other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

A minimum of 6 months - 1 year of sales/customer service experience

Ability to work Monday through Friday with one Saturday per month

Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone

Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale

Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities

Basic computer/keyboarding skills

Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to
