:
Applus+ Keystone is seeking a motivated Internal Sales & Business Development professional to join our team in Durham, North Carolina. This individual will primarily focus on inside sales and lead generation, while also supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a mix of sales drive, willingness to learn, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development (Primary Focus):
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and outreach to potential clients to generate leads, and build new business opportunities.
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and customer site visits as needed to generate leads and represent the company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify and fulfill business needs.
Manage and track all sales activities in CRM systems (Zoho, Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.), ensuring accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting.
Cross-sell multiple departments (e.g., environmental, packaging, product safety) to provide integrated client solutions.
Research and identify new business opportunities in target markets.
Attend trade shows and customer site visits as needed.
Marketing & Outreach (Secondary Support):
Assist and contribute to marketing campaigns by supporting lead generation and outreach efforts.
Write and edit marketing copy, product descriptions, and promotional content to enhance online presence.
Support the creation of sales collateral, proposals, and presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Sales, inside sales, or business development experience (experience selling to manufacturers is preferred).
Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close new opportunities.
Comfortable with outbound calling, email outreach, and networking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Results-driven, competitive, and goal-oriented.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
