Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with equipment customers to generate new leasing opportunities. This role involves consistent outbound outreach, relationship-building, and providing consultative financing solutions that help customers acquire the equipment they need to grow their businesses. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and enjoys combining consistent daily activity with relationship-driven sales.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up, professionalism, and trust.
Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored financing options.
Prospect, qualify, and manage customer opportunities while documenting all interactions in the CRM system.
Upload and manage required paperwork, financial documents, and deal packages promptly and accurately.
Partner closely with Sales Managers, Credit, and Documentation teams to ensure a seamless process for customers.
Track and report performance metrics including customer interactions, deals submitted, and revenue generated.
Collaborate with teammates, share best practices, and contribute to a positive, performance-driven culture.
Qualifications
Required:
1+ year(s) of inside sales, telemarketing, or business development experience.
Proven ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and quality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital document management.
Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.
Preferred:
Experience in equipment leasing, financial services, or B2B sales.
Familiarity with customer acquisition or channel sales environments.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
