Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be integral to our sales team, responsible for nurturing new leads generated from web inquiries, trade shows, new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue through effective communication and persuasion. You will work closely with potential customers (both correctional and corporate )to understand their needs, providing them with tailored solutions that fit their workspace requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through research and outreach.
Engage with leads via phone, email, and social media to assess needs and present solutions.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and develop effective selling techniques.
Attend/exhibit the company's booth at trade shows as required
Manage the sales pipeline and track performance metrics using CRM (Odoo-ERP) software.
Attend product training sessions to stay informed about new offerings and market trends.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Familiarity with CRM/ ERP software and sales analytics.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field preferred.
