Position Overview
This role handles customer communication, basic sales work, and day-to-day support for our sign production team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, making sure orders are accurate, messages are relayed quickly, and quotes move through the pipeline without stalling.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them as needed
Monitor and respond to emails promptly
Assist walk-in customers with orders, questions, and payments
Accept deliveries and ensure materials get to the right person
Perform quality control checks on finished signs before customer pickup
Call customers when their orders are complete
Create estimates and follow up until the sale is closed
Maintain accurate notes and communication for each job
Requirements
Basic computer skills (email, typing, navigating simple software)
Customer service experience preferred
Sales experience preferred
1-2 years of sales or sign industry experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and attention to detail
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple active jobs
