Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and warm calling campaigns to prospective clients, nurturing leads into sales opportunities.
Engage with B2B (business-to-business) clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines.
Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on marketing campaigns and convert leads into active customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology products and services to communicate value propositions clearly.
Requirements
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
Knowledge of B2B sales processes and business development strategies.
Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently and professionally.
Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
