Inside Sales Manager :



The Liberty Roofing Professionals Inside Sales Manager is a vital link in our organizational chain of success. Once the marketing generates a lead, it is the Inside Sales Managers responsibility to convert the lead into a candidate. Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



Contacting leads within 5 minutes of submitting information Answering inbound phone calls within 5 rings using the Liberty Roofing Professionals script Booking appointments for the Roofing Advisors Ensuring that ALL homeowners are present for the Roofing Advisors visit Getting the time commitment from the homeowners (60-90 minutes) Conducting Exit Polls for all candidates after the Roofing Advisor conducts the 16 point inspection and design consultation Keeping accurate records in our leads gen system Running pre-approvals for customer financing for those that request it Wearing branded apparel while on-premises Meeting all requirements for the Inside Sales position detailed in the Manual Convert 10 leads per day into candidate

Compensation Plan:

You will be compensated a base salary of $500/week! In addition to the weekly pay, we have included a generous commission and bonus plan detailed below.

Converting Leads to Candidates' Expectations & Commission/Bonus Plan:

Facebook Leads to Candidates $50 per appointment set

Website Leads to Candidates$10 per appointment set

Leads that have been in the system 30-90 days $100 per appointment set

Leads that have been in the system 90+ days $150 per appointment set

Closing Sales

The Inside Sales Manager will also have the ability to close sales. Any candidate that remains in candidate status for longer than 15 days after the Roofing Advisor appointment will be open for your involvement. It will be your responsibility to re-engage with the candidate to sell the roof. In those cases, you will be paid 50% of the full commission paid!


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,737.95 - $102,968.39 per year
