We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Manager to join our team and take ownership of lead follow-up, outbound lead generation, and sales rep management. Duties
Follow up on all inbound leads quickly and consistently
Generagte new outbound leads through calls, email, and prospecting tools
Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline
Support, mentor, and manage sales representatives to hit team and individual targets
Track performance metrics and report on pipeline health and sales progress
Collaborate with leadership to refine strategy and improve processes
Qualifications
2+ years in sales; leadreship or team-lead experience a plus
Strong communication and realtionship-building skills
Proven success managing pipelines and meeting sales goals
Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and move fast
Motivated, proactive, and comfortable owning results
Compensation
Base Salary: $60,000 per year
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000-$120,000+ with commission
