SeaDream is a luxury travel company providing travelers with unparalleled service and experience.
Due to our continual growth, we need to develop an inside sales team. As a Personal Vacation Planner, your role is critical to the success of our customers and our company. Our past guests are our lifeblood, and the Personal Vacation Planners are the primary contact for these travelers. As you can imagine, the ability of a PVP to heighten the customer experience is crucial to SeaDream.
A Personal Vacation Planner builds excitement for upcoming SeaDream voyages to our past guests and direct consumers. You will speak with these valued guests about onboard amenities, pre- and post-voyage excursions, destinations, and the yacht experience.
We need the following from our candidates to ensure we deliver the SeaDream experience.

  • The ability to explain and sell SeaDream Yacht Club voyages to consumers via outbound calling activities.
  • The desire and skills to provide guests with an exemplary pre- and post-booking service experience.
  • The aptitude for building anticipation for the voyage destinations and enhancements to help meet sales goals.
  • You must have a customer-centric attitude that replicates the incredible onboard experience.

Must have phone sales/inside sales experience working with high-end brands in travel or luxury goods. Must be able to work in the US legally Must speak, read, and write English at a native proficiency
The travel industry is busy, so we may need you to work weekends and even some holidays periodically.
