This successful team player will work with all levels within the company to successfully accomplish assigned duties.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls.
  • Order entry.
  • Answer price and availability inquiries.
  • Follow up on backorders.
  • Determine customer needs and requirements occur.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare quotes assist sales personnel.
  • Point of contact for certain key customers.
  • Assist Certification Coordinator with reports, billing and scheduling.
  • Maintain strong customer service focus and attitude at all times.

Position Requirements:
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Must have excellent phone and people skills;
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions or customer requests;
  • Prior experience in a customer service position;
  • Must be computer literate.

Salary Range is $60,000 - $74,000
