Job Description

Exciting Opportunity for an Inside Salesperson to join our team in the field of metal bar grating, metal decking, and other building materials. This is a full-time salaried position working Monday thru Friday (7:30 am - 4:00 pm) in our office.

Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their product needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Working with customers via email and phone to provide guidance and quotes for their individual project and associated material requirements. Build relationships with customers. Assist walk-in customers as needed.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work under pressure in order to achieve deadlines. Ability to work independently Attention to Detail Critical thinking skills Computer Literacy & typing skills Organizational & Time-management skills Review plans/drawings to quote the specified material Professional work experience
