Inside Sales.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting the sales efforts at Daniel Smart Manufacturing servicing wholesale customers, outstanding relationship-building, and presentation skills and includes recurring in person meetings.

General Accountabilities

- Servicing existing wholesale customers and develop new business accounts through prospecting activity and cold-calling.

- Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.

- Building brand awareness and positioning.

- Organize promotional events at trade shows and other venues.

- Develops or implements product-marketing strategies, such as sales promotions or advertising campaigns.

- Quickly adapt to our software system.

Job Requirements:

Proven sales experience. Strong closing skills. Strong phone presence and experience making an average 60-90 calls on a daily basis, while managing existing accounts. Experience working with CRM's Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Well organized, competitive, winning mentality. Team attitude, professionalism and patience.

Compensation:

Compensation package includes a competitive base hourly rate, an uncapped commission plan, Bonuses and a company benefits package.
