Job Description

Power-Flo Technologies New England is a northeast supplier of automation, sensing, and electric heating products. We are opening a Massachusetts branch and looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join the team. This role combines customer-facing inside sales with hands-on warehouse responsibilities, offering variety and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.



Location: Whitinsville, MA


This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site position. Schedules are between 7:00am to 5:00pm.

Inside Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting customers, outside sales, internal operations, and suppliers in all aspects of the pre-sale and post-sale processes Create sales quotes and follow up with customers to close orders Develop relationships with existing customers and new sales leads Reaching out to customers on an as needed basis to inquire about potential future needs Increase sales by generating new customers and selling additional products to existing customers Always provide best in class customer service to our customers Continued education - vendor training and product knowledge Process product returns, according to company procedure, assuring that all documentation is collected. Assist in maintaining the counter and product display area ensuring a safe, clean, and orderly environment. Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving (as needed), organizing etc. Ensure that orders leaving the warehouse are checked and accompanied by the appropriate documentation. Maintain a clean Driver's License to operate company vehicles (as needed)

Inside Sales Associate Qualifications:

Previous experience in counter sales/inside sales and customer service Warehouse knowledge - experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory handling Strong communication and problem-solving skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Epicor Solar Eclipse software experience a plus A valid and clean driver's license to travel to local vendors as needed
