Inside Sales Associate

We're searching for a motivated, highly- organized inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You'll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Our ideal candidate is an excellent deal-maker who loves talking to people. Creativity is key! You must be a problem solver and someone who loves to help others in difficult situations. You need to be a self-starter, competitive in nature and comfortable speaking on the phone with high energy.

Your day will be spent calling outbound and fielding incoming leads to generate opportunities. Our ISAs earn a base salary, plus a tiered bonus structure which is paid out monthly.

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain an organized database of client information and interactions (i.e. conversations and call logs). Promptly respond and follow-up with potential leads through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and online inquiries. Follow scripts to deliver team value, uncover motivation, and overcome objections. Qualify leads based on specific criteria and determine their level of interest and readiness to move forward in the buying or selling process. Make an average of 50+ dials per day and maintain consistent call and follow-up activity across new and nurture leads. Collaborating closely with agents to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads, providing them with comprehensive details and insights. Identify properties that match client preferences and send recommendations. Implement lead nurturing strategies to build relationships with potential clients over time through targeted communications and personalized follow-ups. Monitor lead conversion rates and tracking key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation efforts. Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved. Keep CRM data accurate and current - every lead should have a next step scheduled. Participate in regular role-play and skill-development sessions to continually improve communication and objection handling.
All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

CRM systems or other relevant software tools for lead management (Preferred). Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases. Able to manage time effectively and efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Two years of previous sales/ customer experience
