Responsibilities

Respond to inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, text, and CRM platforms Conduct outbound follow-up to prospective sellers and buyers to build rapport and qualify interest Qualify leads based on motivation, readiness, and criteria Set and confirm appointments for listing and buyer agents Maintain accurate lead records and activity tracking in CRM (e.g., KvCORE, Salesforce, HubSpot) Participate in regular training, coaching sessions, and team meetings Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics (calls, conversations, appointments set) Collaborate with agents, team leads, and lending partners to support the client experience

Qualifications

Active Florida Real Estate License

(Required) 1+ year of inside sales, call center, or real estate experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent listening, rapport-building, and objection-handling skills Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Familiarity with CRM software and comfort with technology tools Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
