to support our production operations. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting injection molding machines to ensure optimal product quality and process
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and start up injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and related processes.
Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
Perform mold changes, material changes, and machine troubleshooting as required.
Inspect finished products for conformance to specifications and document inspection results.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on molds and equipment.
Work closely with Quality Assurance and Production teams to resolve process or product issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company safety guidelines.
Record production and machine performance data accurately.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting injection molding machinery.
Solid understanding of injection molding processes, materials, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret part drawings, work orders, and technical specifications.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Technical certification in plastics or injection molding (e.g., RJG Master Molder, Scientific Molding).
Familiarity with process optimization, mold maintenance, and quality systems (ISO 9001/ISO 13485 preferred).
Basic computer skills for data entry and production reporting.
