Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers
Provide accurate information, directions, and assistance in person and by phone
Answer inquiries, route calls, and direct issues to the appropriate department
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and calm demeanor at all times
Handle basic administrative tasks (logs, forms, data entry, scheduling support)
Enforce facility policies and report concerns or irregularities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the information desk area
Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and the public
Escalate urgent issues to supervisors or security as needed
Must be able to speak at least one of the following languages in at least a conversational level: Korean, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
