Position: Infant Assistant Teacher
Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 2:30-5:30pm, Friday 7:30am-5:30pm. Potential for more hours
Location: Johnston, RI.

We're looking for an energetic and caring individual to join our team as an Infant Assistant Teacher. In this role, you'll be working closely with our lead teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants aged 6 weeks to 18 months. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the lead teacher in providing a safe and loving atmosphere for the little ones
- Helping with daily routines like feeding, diapering, and naptime
- Engaging infants in age-appropriate activities to support their development
- Maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicating with parents and caregivers about their child's daily experiences

Requirements:
- Experience working with infants is a plus (but we're also open to enthusiastic beginners!)
- A love for working with young children and a passion for their growth and development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in early childhood education is a bonus!)
