What You'll Do

Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate infant care Engage children through play, reading, arts and crafts, and daily routines Communicate clearly with parents regarding schedules, activities, and needs Assist with light clean-up related to childcare Support occasional homework for older children (up to 5th grade) Maintain a safe, nurturing environment in the family's home

Requirements

At least 1 year of hands-on childcare experience (infant and older) Availability at least three days per week between 7:00am-7:00pm Must be 18 or older Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and consistent transportation Ability to provide 3 references (2 childcare-related, 1 character) High school diploma or GED CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Ability to lift 35 lbs and engage in active play Comfortable sitting, standing, bending, and floor play throughout the day Able to respond calmly and effectively in urgent situations
