Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our restoration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying protective and decorative coatings to a variety of industrial equipment, structures, and components. This role requires a strong understanding of painting techniques, safety protocols, and the ability to work with various tools and materials in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience in painting, fabrication, or auto body repair are encouraged to apply. Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed Operate airless paint spraying equipment, brushes, rollers, and other hand tools to apply coatings Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate application and coverage Handle materials safely using forklifts, cranes, and other warehouse equipment Perform fabrication and assembly tasks related to painting projects Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety standards Assist with materials handling, loading, and unloading supplies and finished products Conduct auto body repairs or touch-ups as required for specific projects Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards

Experience

Prior experience in industrial painting, auto painting, or construction painting preferred Mechanical knowledge related to machining, fabrication, or auto body repair is advantageous Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, welding, and airless paint spraying techniques required Warehouse experience including forklift operation and materials handling is beneficial Knowledge of machining processes, assembly, and the use of precision measuring instruments is a plus Experience working within manufacturing environments utilizing lean manufacturing practices is desirable Ability to read basic math measurements accurately for precise application of coatings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.84 - $27.00 per hour
