Skills & Qualifications:
Ideal candidate 2-5 years of experience
will consider more entry level
Ability to paint large scale - work may appear daunting because of the sheer size
Will be required to work long hours, OT as needed, some weekends as needed
Must be able to obtain TWIC card, disqualifier if not
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the painting of structural steel
Required to prep, pressure wash, blast, and paint in booth
Use Gauge to measure DFT (Dry, Film, Thickness)
Required to power sand areas to meet thickness specs (12-24 mil)
Ability to paint from scaffold (first few months, until they get rollers in paint booth)
