NOW HIRING AN INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IN FRANKLIN, INDIANA!

Job Duties

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair of Servo drives, 3phase, single phase motors, VFD\'s, and PLC\'s. Robotic arms are used to move the product off of manufacturing line to be packaged and shrink wrapped. Ability to read inputs/outputs on PLC controls while monitoring HMI screens.

-Pneumatic repair - Thermo forming, robotic arms, conveyors, vacuums, and packaging equipment.

- Robotic experience is not required but will be seen on the packaging lines. (3 robotic arms are used in the process) Candidates will also learn how to use pendants that move the robotic arms out of the way while making repairs.

Equipment Overview: Robotic arms; roller conveyors, thermoforming equipment, pneumatic vacuums, 3 phase motors, single phase motors, cutting machines, heater valves, High Speed packaging equipment,

Maintenance technicians will utilize tablets and HMI screens that track and record repairs in real time. The CMMS system will also track the tools and parts needed to make repairs. Operators will notify the manager through the system who then evenly distributes the work to the technicians to be completed.

Qualifications:

- Basic Mechanical troubleshooting

- Electrical troubleshooting (Diagnosing and determining the best repair that can be made)

-Knowledge of reading PLC inputs/outputs

-HMI experience - using a tablet

- CMMS experience

- Basic Fabrication or Welding
