As an

Industrial Engineering / Technology Engineering Co-Op,

you will fully support the continuous improvement team in creating, improving, and refining processes and product flow through the manufacturing floor.

This position is for a Spring 2026 Co-Op, with a start date of January 2026 and running through the spring semester.

What You'll Do:

Perform job observations to identify wastes and recommend solutions for improvement. Perform line flow observations to identify bottlenecks and provide solutions for improvement. Participate in Continuous Improvement event. Assist Materials management in Kanban system improvements. All additional duties assigned by supervisor.

What You'll Bring:

Major study in: + Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology Engineering.
Positive attitude with a desire to be hands-on. Willingness to participate in team project events. Ability to be self-directed at times. Eagerness to learn.
