An international automotive supplier just north of

Charlotte, NC

is looking for an experienced

Industrial Engineer

to join their Production department.

Responsibilities

:

- Observe/analyze part defects and suggest process improvements in order to minimize defects

- Provide input in regards to outlying situations and assist in solving issues

- Assist in creating yearly plans for manpower needed to complete projects

- Maintain and improve communication among production team members and management

- Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

:

- Minimum of high school diploma, prefer Bachelor's or 5-10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering/continuous improvement

- Strong experience in manufacturing/production processes, specifically automotive industry

- Previous experience with quality methods/practices (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.)

- Ability to gather and interpret data related to production for the purpose of improving efficiency

- Must have excellent communication skills

- Must be able to work responsibly, effectively, and independently when needed

- Teamwork skills are a MUST!

- Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
