Must have the following in order to apply:



High School Diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience in a metal, foundry, or heavy manufacturing environment

Preferred:



Journeyman Electrician License (or equivalent experience) OSHA 10/30 Certification NFPA 70E / Arc Flash Training Forklift and Aerial Lift Certification Experience with CNC machines, furnaces, or casting equipment is a plus Technical certification or associate degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:



Proficient in troubleshooting 3-phase motors, VFDs, HMIs, sensors, and automated equipment Working knowledge of PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred) and basic industrial networking Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our vertically integrated metal manufacturing operations. This role is critical to maintaining the uptime, safety, and performance of our production equipment across casting, machining, finishing, and assembly operations. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious and experienced in troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical systems in a heavy industrial environment.

Responsibilities:



Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance on plant equipment, machinery, and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair control systems, motors, relays, switches, PLCs, sensors, and power distribution systems (up to 480V) Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals Assist with the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment or retrofits Support root cause analysis and corrective action for recurring electrical failures Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and parts usage in the CMMS Adhere to and promote all safety standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and NFPA 70E procedures

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs., work in hot or confined environments, and be available for overtime or on-call support as needed.

Days & Hours:

Full -Time position. Monday to Friday, 5am to 4pm. 40 hours per week.

Pay:

$30 - $34.00 hourly.
