Do you take pride in making things shine? Join our team as an Industrial Cleaner and help keep our facilities spotless, safe, and running smoothly!



What You'll Do Keep Paint Booth Stations and surrounding areas sparkling clean using approved industrial cleaners and supplies. Remove paint overspray from windows, stairs, ceilings, and floors -- making every surface look brand new. Take part in project cleanings, including lifting and removing metal flooring grates. Operate cool tools and equipment like pressure washers and hydraulic scrapers to get the job done right. Jump in to help the team when needed -- from replacing filters to tackling tight, confined spaces. Report any maintenance or equipment issues to your supervisor. Attend training sessions to stay sharp on safety and cleaning techniques. May be asked to lock or unlock doors or assist with special cleaning projects. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and great attention to detail -- you notice the little things that make a big difference. Comfortable working in hot or dirty conditions (don't worry -- we've got the PPE to keep you safe). Able to climb ladders and occasionally work in confined spaces. Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn every day. Able to follow written and verbal instructions clearly. Committed to safety -- including Ladder Safety, Confined Space Procedures, and Lockout/Tagout Training. ? Physical Requirements

You'll be active on the job -- standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the shift.

Must be able to:

Lift and move up to 50 pounds. Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed. Use hands and arms to operate tools and cleaning equipment. Maintain clear vision and focus for detailed cleaning tasks.
