Responsibilities



Open new On-Premise and Off-Premise accounts, and drive repeat orders within your assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across your account base. Actively work toward achieving quarterly sales goals and objectives. Manage the book of business you build - including regular account check-ins, merchandising, staff education, and securing reorders.

Plan and report:

Submit a weekly sales strategy by Monday at 5:00 p.m. prior to the execution week. Submit a weekly recap of account activity by Monday at 5:00 p.m. following the reporting week. Maintain consistent field activity, averaging 40 meaningful account visits per week (approximately 10 per day). Coordinate tastings, events, and activations as needed (Separate brand ambassadors may support these field activities). Utilize company tools and systems for order entry, updates, and communication; attend all required sales meetings (virtual or in-person). Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Perform additional related duties as required to support Copper Bonnet's growth and success.

Essential Skills & Abilities



Proven beverage sales experience (spirits preferred; On/Off-Premise mix a plus). High activity discipline, strong territory planning, and effective relationship-building skills. Driven, brand-loyal, and proactive - comfortable engaging both existing and new accounts through calls, visits, and follow-ups. Familiarity with the adult beverage industry is preferred, though previous craft beer or spirits experience is not required. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and professional email communication. Strong public speaking, written communication, and analytical abilities. Ability to balance field work (? 85%) with administrative responsibilities (? 15%). Must be 21 years of age or older, reside within, and be familiar with the assigned sales territory. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and access to a smartphone and laptop required. RAMP certification (or willingness to obtain) if conducting tastings or samplings.

Physical Requirements



While performing the duties of this contract position, contractor is required to walk, communicate and operate a computer and phone While performing the duties of this job, the contractor is regularly required to reach overhead, squat and bend Contractor must be capable of carrying and lifting 50 pounds
Compensation

This is a

commission-based independent 1099 contractor position

with additional earning opportunities through

tiered performance bonuses

and a

monthly draw

designed to support consistent cash flow and get new representatives started.

Top-performing representatives

typically earn between

$45,000 and $70,000+ annually

, depending on territory performance, account growth, and individual drive.
