Summary: Process all electronic files received and sent from the Federal Reserve and BankFinancial On-Us. Process Lockbox, Remote Deposit Capture and Mobile Deposit transaction, includes posting, balancing and reporting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Download return files and print return IRDs.
- Download Inclearings electronic files from the Federal Reserve on a daily basis.
- Validate receipt of all files against the Fed Line file history from the Federal Reserve.
- Process all Inclearing files including On-Us file And Large Dollars Review process.
- Provide advice notices to Adjustment area.
- Transfer exceptions files in to EPM (Exceptions Processing Manager) AM & PM.
- Format and transfer Inclearings files to Information Systems for posting.
- Balance all Outclearings files received from the branches and create image cash letters.
- Process Remote Deposit Item Capture files through the day 1:00 pm, 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm
- Process Reclamations.
- Process Collections (Domestic & Internationals).
- Process Canadian Checks.
- Process Mobile Deposits.
- Handle ticketing system. (Internal Requests from branches)
- Maintain customer account information confidentiality.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills: Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Data entry and/or item processing experience helpful
