Inbound Support Coordinator

Job Description

The Inbound Support Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for incoming telephonic inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation. This role combines customer interaction with administrative support, including processing paperwork, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.



CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:



Primary:



Answers and manages inbound calls promptly and professionally. Gather and/or verify information to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Demonstrates highest standards of personal and professional integrity, providing a positive customer experience while adhering to company's policies and procedures, and complies with applicable laws, government rules and regulations. Sorts, distributes, and manages incoming mail. Enters, updates, maintains and files investor-related data in company systems ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive investor information. Researches and processes undeliverable mail and email. Researches outstanding investor checks. Prepares outgoing mail, including creating FedEx/UPS shipping labels. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:



This position requires a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent professional knowledge and/or work experience.

Experience:



This position requires a minimum of two years in customer service or administrative support, preferably in financial services, investments or real estate industries.

Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office are required for this position. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Keyboarding skills are required for this position, at least 35 WPM.

Hourly Pay Range:

$22-$25/hr. This position is eligible to participate in the company's annual discretionary bonus program.
