My client in Roselle, IL is looking to hire a couple of Production Workers & Machine Operators - and the pay rate $18.90/hr for 3rd Shift

This is a general labor role with tons of opportunity for growth. Long term permanent position in which candidates will be trained on all aspects of the job! RHT is sister company of Jacuzzi. There are about 20 people working on first shift and around 20 on second shift. Great training program.

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidate\'s will be making luxury bath room equipment for high end homes.
• They will be doing anything from loading a thermoforming machine with large sheets of material weighing anywhere from 10 -30- pounds to taking scrap sheets of material and cutting them into smaller pieces to be disposed utilizing a band saw.
• Candidates will be working in the ABT Department operating a thermoforming machine.
• The will have to load plastics sheets into the machine and trim them.
• Candidates will be cross trained on different jobs throughout the plant.

Must haves:

• Previous experience working within the Warehouse/M anufacturing setting
• experience with hand and power tools (will be using band saws, drills and other power tools)
• the ability to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis (about every 30 minutes) For AVT AND Blue form
• Pick and Pack/ accessories is only 10-20 pounds.
• Must be comfortable standing throughout the shift
• Should be able to lift 50-70 lbs

PLUSES:

-experience in a team environment

-having worked at least 6 months manufacturing

-having thermoforming experience

-previous construction experience
