Job Title: Imaging Coordinator (Immediate Need)
Imaging Coordinator Pay Range: $18.50/hr
Imaging Coordinator Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Imaging Coordinator Start Date: ASAP
Our client, the nation\xe2\x80\x99s leader in reverse mortgages, is seeking an Imaging Coordinator to assist the Post Closing department! The Imaging Coordinator will be responsible to review mortgage documents, data enter loans, and provide administrative support to the department.
Imaging Coordinator Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides clerical support to the Post Closing Department.
Review mortgage loan documents, audit for completeness, accuracy, etc.
Route documents, track, print, scan and index Data enter loans in the loan system Order/follow-up/receive services with vendors such as title, appraisal, etc.
Coordinates and administers other special projects as needed Receives and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
Will assist with boxing up files and transporting to the storage area. (Boxes weigh 25lbs.)
