New Day Home Care, Inc. is a passionate, rapidly growing Home Care Agency located in Windsor, CT. We are hiring immediately for reliable and competent ILST's, RA's, PCA's, Homemaker's and Companions to assist consumers with personal care and companionship duties as well as light house keeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, etc.
This job position serves the city of Danbury for afternoon and overnight shifts that may be 8-14 hours long. We are looking for experienced caregivers who have worked with Brain Injury individuals. Males encouraged to apply. Multiple positions open.
There is a
prerequisite ABI Training
Video and Quiz
before any interviews.Our goal is to provide personalized care for our consumers' peace of mind, as well as promote a healthy and safe environment for our consumers in their homes.
Must have a Happy Attitude, be a team player and willing to work on any assignment given.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
1-2 years working with ABI/elderly ( Required)
Driver's License or reliable transportation
Ability to communicate with consumers in a kind and courteous manner and treat them with respect despite their sometimes difficult personalities
Must complete criminal background check, DMV check and a drug screening
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
