Responsibilities

Manages the development of responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs). Works directly with the sales

teams to communicate the overall bid strategy and strategic messaging that should be incorporated into

a response. Guides cross-functional teams through the proposal process from early planning to kick off

as well as content development, reviews, editing/design, and publishing. Responsible for ensuring

delivery of responses to customers by deadline. Provides support and management for post submission

activities or follow up by project.

  • Works on a variety of assignments with overlapping timeframes.
  • Understands IGT\'s corporate capabilities to identify opportunities that support our core business functions versus those opportunities that do not.
  • Ability to understand and interact with core bid team resources where appropriate (a proposal, financial, legal, etc.)
  • Requires judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Works successfully in collaboration with team members and account teams to reach and execute solutions to common goals.
  • Provides resolutions to an assortment of problems of limited scope. Uses judgment within defined practices and procedures.
  • Determines and develops approaches to solutions in collaboration with other team members.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies. Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Good communication skills both in person and in writing.
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing timelines.
  • Basic planning and organizational skills and the ability to gather, organize, interpret, and collate data from multiple sources.
  • Process-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of bid management principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Understands the importance of Emotional Intelligence and the importance of being self-aware and possesses a developing ability to self-manage
Education:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills,

experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated

starting compensation range is $36,500 - $100,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or

lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements,

where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission

payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a
