Pay

: $30-40, this is a non-exempt, seasonal position

Qualifications

: Seeking an individual with prior skate instruction experience. Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Professional membership/involvement in Ice Sports Industry ("ISI") or similar organizations preferred.

Duties

: Under the direct supervision of the Skating Director, the Ice Instructor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading group skating instruction in accordance with the ISI curriculum and standards. The Ice Instructor participates in all assigned aspects of the skating school, including ISI competitions, ice shows, and special events.

Work Hours

: Position generally teaches classes September through June. Depending on programming and availability of instructor, may teach in July and August.
