We are seeking an Ice Cream Store Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of an ice cream scoop shop.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and assist team of ice cream servers
Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
Train and evaluate employees
Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
organize and distribute orders
Resolve escalated customer complaints
?Qualifications:
Previous supervisor management experience in restaurant and or retail , customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
basic computer skills
ability to follow detailed list

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.25 per hour
