Perks of this position:

• Competitive salary range of $39,000 - 50,000
• Incentive bonus pay of $40/ hour after meeting your attainable base client hours!

About your role:

We meet with families in the child welfare system where they are at, in their homes, in the community, wherever their needs arise. You will offer training and therapeutic support to children/youth and their families through individual and family counseling, crisis intervention, and psycho-educational groups. You will work as part of a supportive team environment and independently with your clients. This position offers a flexible work schedule.

What we are looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience in the Human Service field preferred
• Valid Indiana driver\xe2\x80\x99s license in good standing and at least current state minimum auto insurance
• Educational experience: (Must meet one of these):

• Master\'s Degree in Human Services OR
• Completed a minimum of 24 post-secondary hours OR 36 quarter hours in the following coursework:

• Human Growth & Development
• Social & Cultural Foundations
• Group Dynamics, Processes, Counseling, and Consultation
• Lifestyle and Career Development
• Sexuality
• Gender and Sexual Orientation
• Issues of Ethnicity, Race, Status & Culture
• Therapy Techniques
• Family Development & Family Therapy
• Clinical/Psychiatric Social Work
• Group Therapy
• Psychotherapy
• Counseling Theory & Practice
