Human Resources Generalist
Excellent opportunity for a human resource generalist with a international company associated in the healthcare industry. focused on performing duties at the professional level in benefits, compensation, learning and development, performance management, worker's compensation, and employee recognition. This is a hybrid working position.
Essential Functions
Acts as an employee relations specialist - Coaches, counsels and guides managers before executing employee disciplinary actions
Maintains employee personnel files
Responsible for Onboarding and Offboarding employees
Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits Forms I-9
Talent Management - partners with leadership to drive employee performance, ensures performance metrics and communications occur on a consistent basis
Updates, monitors and maintains eligible salary adjustments/increases based on three- and six-month and one-year evaluations.
Promote/implement HR programs to foster a Best Place to Work Culture
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent years of experience. Experience in the administration of benefits and employee relations.
Human resource experience in this industry.
5+ years generalist experience or benefits specialist experience
PHR, SCP SHRM Certification
