Role Overview
InStride\xe2\x80\x99s People and Talent (HR) team is passionate about our business, our partners, our culture, and most importantly our InStriders. We are looking for a thoughtful, optimistic and genuine Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP). This role will be responsible for supporting, coaching and building our People Managers by leading workforce development and best practices in our People processes. This position will play an important role in supporting People Managers and leaders with the execution of talent development, training, employee relations and performance management processes that will create an outstanding employee experience. We ask that you have a strong generalist background with in-depth knowledge of key HR and consultancy practices.
